Research overview：
大規模ゲノム解析技術により海洋炭素循環システムにおけるウイルスの役割が解き明かされつつありますが、それらの多くは未培養であるため生物学的性状を正確に評価できていません。本研究では海洋の未培養ウイルスを粒子として再生する基盤技術を開発し、再生ウイルスをライブラリ化することによって、海洋炭素循環システムの理解の深化に貢献します。
