Research overview：
血液腫瘍等の治療で行われる造血幹細胞移植では、移植免疫細胞が患者組織を攻撃する移植片対宿主病が問題となります。マウス同種異系造血幹細胞移植モデルで免疫抑制性の制御性T細胞移植によりGVHD抑制が可能であることを見出したことから、本研究では詳細な分子メカニズム解明により移植患者の体内で新たな自己免疫寛容を樹立する制御メカニズムを解明し、治療効果が高く副作用の少ない造血細胞移植法の開発に繋げます。
