Research overview：
造礁サンゴは長い年月をかけて地形を形成し、サンゴ礁域の豊かな生物多様性を支えています。しかしながら、サンゴを含む海洋生物の骨格形成過程や、その生育阻害との関係については、細胞生理学的な研究が進んでおらず、不明な点が多く残されています。本研究では、非破壊的な生体イメージング技術を応用し、サンゴ骨格表面の固相-液相界面の可視化技術の構築を目指します。
