Research overview：
肺線維化メカニズムの解明には、様々な病因からなる間質性肺炎の空間動態に基づく疾患間の異質性、共通性を含む包括的理解が必要です。本研究は線維化ニッチ細胞集団に注目し、肺線維化予測手法の確立に加え、ヒト精密切断肺スライスを用いた空間的遺伝子発現解析を行い、肺線維症における空間動態及び薬剤摂動メカニズムを解明します。
また、確立した手法を嚢胞性疾患へ展開し、新規分子探索や創薬を目指します。
