抄録/ポイント： 高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)(:カラムを採用した。SUN FIRE (TM)C_(18)(150MM×4.6MM,5ΜM),移動相:メタノール-水(60:’40 52:に対して、秦嶺終南山産漢方薬DICTAMNUS DASYCARPUSの果皮における主な薬用成分のフラキシネロンとジクタムニンオバクノンの含有量測定を行い,東北JIXI産白新鮮皮を対照群として,中国の薬局方に従って秦嶺終南山産漢方薬白鮮皮の品質に対して初歩的な評価を行った。結果:秦嶺終南山産白鮮皮中のフラキシネロンとオバクノンの含有量はすべて中国薬局方(2015)の基準に合致した,しかも秦嶺終南山産白鮮皮におけるフラキシネロンのオバクノンとジクタムニンは含有量はいずれも東北の産地白鮮皮の含有量よりはるかに高かった。秦嶺終南山産白鮮皮品質が優れ,潜在的開発利用価値を有する。Data from the ScienceChina, LCAS.【JST・京大機械翻訳】
