抄録/ポイント： 非筋肉浸潤性膀胱癌(NMIBC)は経尿道的切除後のぼうこう内化学療法により治療した。しかし,薬剤耐性腫瘍細胞は排除され,処理された癌増加ステージ及び進行度と再発の半分になることができない。薬剤感受性を高め,NMIBC治療における腫瘍細胞を根絶する革新的方法が緊急に必要である。ここでは,天然生体材料としての腫瘍細胞由来微小粒子(T MP)の前注入はマウスにおける直交異方性ぼうこう癌の増殖と血尿発生に及ぼすぼうこう内化学療法の阻害効果を著しく高めることを示した。TMPが4.6から5.6にリソソームのpH値に入り,増加させ,核への微小管トラックに沿った薬物負荷リソソームの移動をもたらし,核の侵入にする薬物を放出するという証拠を提供する。TMPは前例のない臨床利益を持つNMIBC化学療法を増強するための強力な増感剤として機能する可能性があることを提案した。Copyright 2017 Elsevier B.V., Amsterdam.
