抄録/ポイント： 交流発光ダイオードの接合温度を測定するための新しい方法を導入した。この方法は,入力として,周期的バイポーラ電圧パルス信号を採用し,温度感受性パラメータ(TSP)の線形温度依存性は,この論文で前実験で証明されている対応する出力電流の振幅を利用している。TSPをベースにして,まず,ac LEDのパッケージ,それは種々のパワー入力下における接合温度の計算に寄与するさらにの熱抵抗を測定するための詳細な手順を考案した。この方法を用いて計算した値と熱電対から直接得られた結果の間の比較を行って,前者が優れた精度を示した。この方法の利点は,直ちに電気と光パワーを測定することにより,接合温度を得ることができたことを種々の運転条件における熱抵抗の安定性から利益を得た。Copyright 2017 The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
