抄録/ポイント： 目的:META分析システムを用いて、循環腫瘍細胞(CIRCULATING TUMOR CELLS, CTCS)と転移性前立腺癌患者の予後関係を評価する。方法:PUBMED,,,COCHRANE図書館,中国定期刊行物データベース(CNKI)及び中国生物医学文献データベース(CBM)などを検索した。患者の血液中のCTCS数と前立腺癌GLEASON評点0~10級の前立腺癌患者の予後に関する研究を収集した。総生存期間(OS)を観察終点とし、REVIEW MANAGER 5.3を用いてMETA分析を行った。結果:10件の英語文献をMETA分析に組み入れた結果、CTCS陽性群はCTCS陰性群より総生存期間(OS)において予後不良(HR=2.47、95%CI:2.02~3.02、P<0.00001)を示した。検出時間と検出方法により亜群分析を行い、CTCS陽性群はCTCS陰性群より予後不良を示した。同時に,CTCS陽性は前立腺癌GLEASONスコアと正の相関があった(OR=2.23,95%CI:1.41~3.53,P<0.04)。前立腺癌抗原(PSA)レベル、骨外多発性転移とは相関性がない。結論:末梢血血陽性は転移性前立腺癌患者の予後のリスクファクターであり、しかも検査時間、検査方法と関係がない。Data from the ScienceChina, LCAS.
