抄録/ポイント： ・作業個人化のための作業負荷と生産性の関係調査,作業負荷と生産性の平衡性調整用作業テンポ指示システム構築,繰返し作業としての商品ピッキング採用,作業テンポ指示の作業負荷-生産性関係に及ぼす影響調査。
・棚上の箱に色ごとに配置した6色のブロックを箱から取出し,トレーに入れる反復作業中に作業テンポを指示した時のモーションキャプチャ測定。
・作業テンポ指示への追従範囲があること,及び身体動作センサ値から推定したトルク値とアンケート作業負荷主観値に相関性があることが判明。
