災害に対する備えや効果的な対応を強化するためには,災害から学んだ教訓を抽出し,明確にし,共有することが重要である。本論文では,2011年東日本大震災の経験をもとに,災害科学の専門家が学んだ教訓を共有するウエブデータベースシステムの開発について述べた。最初に,南海トラフ地震で被災地となりそうな地域の地方公務員を対象に彼らのニーズを把握するためにインタビュー調査を実施した。次に,アクセスログデータの解析に基づいて,公開後3か月間のシステムの使用状況を報告した。(翻訳著者抄録)
