抄録/ポイント： 気候変動影響評価と適応計画の開発のための需要は,コンサルタント業務においてより重要になるであろう。多くのプロジェクトは,既に,国内と国際市場の両方の実質的なテーマとして気候変動適応を含むことを形成した。筆者らは,ほぼ10年間そのようなプロジェクトに参加した。本論文では,ケニア国家水マスタープラン2030プロジェクトを,気候変動適応計画と,将来予測におけるバイアス補正,影響評価と不確実性の処理のような実施に重要な技術と方法論の開発のための,重要で実際的な関発として復習した。(翻訳著者抄録)
