抄録/ポイント： 東日本大震災は,一次産業で特徴付けられる沿岸地域の古いコミュニティを荒廃した。地震後,非雇用者数は150,000から190,000に増加した。宮城県の沿岸地域に位置するShichigahama(18歳またはそれ以上)の成人住民の全てを,2011年10月に実施された調査のために募集した。書かれたインフォームドコンセントに回答した居住者全員を本研究に含めた。東日本大震災の前の仕事を有する904人の間で,19%が失業した。性別と年齢に関して,若年男性の9%,高齢男性の34%,若年女性の21%,および高齢女性の49%が失業した。産業の種類に関しては,災害が失業する前に,それぞれ,一次,二次および三次産業に属する人々の38%,15%および16%であった。失業した患者は,仕事を維持した患者と比較して不眠のリスクが有意に高かった。本研究は,一次産業,特に高齢女性,および睡眠条件に対するその効果に属する集団に対する東日本大震災の深刻な影響を指摘した。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
