加水分解処理及び酵素処理を行う木質系バイオマスの糖化において、木質系バイオマスを加水分解し、得られる反応物を一次糖液と残渣に分離した後、該残渣をアルカリ水溶液と混合し、次いで活性酸素を生成する酸化剤と混合する前処理工程を行うことを特徴とする木質系バイオマスの酵素糖化の前処理方法。
