【要約】【課題】 従来の空気清浄フィルタは、ウイルス、バクテリア、真菌、花粉などの病原性あるいは抗原性微粒子はほとんど吸着できない。また、特許第1953846号の方法で空気清浄フィルタを製造したが、頻繁に交換しなくてはならずメンテナンスが大変である。【解決手段】 不織布2等のフィルタ基材に水溶性グルカンの水溶液を塗布する。次に、水溶性グルカンを半乾状態に乾燥後、前記フィルタ基材表面に多孔性アパタイト粒子9を散布付着し、固定することを特徴とする。前記水溶性グルカンの水溶液に代えて、水溶性グルカンの他に抗菌性物質を加え混合した水溶液を使用してもよい。

フィルタ基材に水溶性グルカンの水溶液を塗布して半乾状態に乾燥後、前記フィルタ基材表面に多孔性アパタイト粒子を散布付着し、固定することを特徴とするフィルタ材の製造方法。
