平均粒度が1乃至3μmである一つ以上の一次粒子が集まり、平均粒度が1μm以上10μm未満である二次粒子を形成する下記の化学式1乃至5からなる群より選択される一つ以上の化合物からなるリチウム化合物を含むコアと、前記コア上に形成されたホウ素を含む酸化物またはその混合物を含む表面処理層と、を含むリチウム二次電池用正極活物質。
