リン脂質を基質とするホスホリパーゼ活性測定方法であって、リン脂質と蛍光標識リン脂質とから成る単分子膜をホスホリパーゼ溶液表面上に形成し、前記単分子膜中のドメイン消失現象を蛍光顕微鏡観察し、前記ドメイン消失速度から前記ホスホリパーゼの活性を測定することを特徴とするホスホリパーゼ活性測定方法。
