空気中に存在している有機物の付着により汚れを生ずる恐れのある固体の表面に光半導体粒子を担持し、次いで、該光半導体粒子に紫外線を含有した光を照射して、該固体の表面に付着した該有機物を分解することを特徴とする固体表面の汚れ浄化方法。
