【要約】【目的】活性種を担体に短時間で担持できるようにする、さらに、複数の活性種を同時に且つ均一に分散させて担持できるようにする。【構成】活性種の溶液に金属含有シリケート粉末を加え、室温で2時間撹拌してスラリーを得る。このスラリーをタンク1からチューブポンプ2によってアトマイザー8へ送り乾燥室3に噴霧し、スラリーの微小液滴を熱風との接触によって急速に乾燥させ、触媒粉を得る。
