焼結体がSi3N4、サイアロンの内少なくとも1種以上からなる柱状粒子と、等軸状粒子と間隙の粒界相に分散した微細分散粒を含み、焼結体の柱状粒子の短軸径の平均粒径が0.3μm以下、長軸径の平均径が5μm以下であり、等軸粒の平均粒径が0.5μm以下、分散粒子の平均粒径が0.03μm以下であることを特徴とする窒化珪素系焼結体。
