庫内の冷却室に取付けられ、庫内温度を測定する温度センサと、温度表示部を有する冷蔵庫の食品温度測定装置において、温度センサの検出温度を、食品相当の熱負荷から求められた時定数、及び、食品の位置と温度センサの取付け位置による温度差から求められた補正値に基づいて補正し、この補正した補正温度を温度表示部に表示することを特徴とする冷蔵庫の食品温度測定装置。
