表面に複数の突起を持ち、且つ10%圧縮変位強度が10kgf/mm2 以上の第1の導電性粒子と、表面に突起を持たない略真球状を有し、且つ10%圧縮変位強度が0kgf/mm2 を超え5kgf/mm2 以下の第2の導電性粒子との混合粒子0.01〜100容量部を絶縁性接着剤100容量部中に分散してなることを特徴とする異方導電性接着剤。
