Claim (excerpt)：

エポキシ樹脂(a1)と1価カルボン酸(a2)とを、(a2)のカルボキシル基の合計の当量数と(a1)中のエポキシ基の当量数との比〔(カルボキシル基の当量数)/(エポキシ基の当量数)〕が0.1以上となる割合で反応して得られ、かつ、得られるエポキシ樹脂1分子あたり平均1.3個以上のエポキシ基を持つエポキシ樹脂(A)と、引火点が40〜200°Cの芳香族系溶剤(B)と、硬化剤(C)とを必須成分とすることを特徴とするエポキシ樹脂組成物。
