毛乳頭細胞の培養方法であって、毛乳頭細胞を塩基性繊維芽細胞増殖因子(bFGF)の存在下で培養し、継代する、及び毛乳頭細胞をスフェア化させる、ことを特徴とする、毛乳頭培養方法。
