【要約】【課題】 水解性が良く且つ強度に優れた水解性の繊維シートが求められている。また水解性の繊維シートを製造するにあたって、水溶性のバインダーを用いると、それを添加する工程が別に必要となり、製造工程が複雑であった。【解決手段】 広葉樹パルプ(広葉樹パルプ)からなる繊維及び広葉樹パルプより平均繊維長が長い針葉樹パルプ(針葉樹パルプ)からなる繊維並びに繊維を結合する水不溶性又は水膨潤性のバインダーを含有する水解性の繊維シートを製造した。得られた繊維シートは、水解性がよく、しかも使用に耐えうる強度をもつ。更に、水溶性のバインダーでなくとも水解性及び強度に優れた繊維シートを得ることができるため、製造方法が簡便である。

広葉樹パルプからなる繊維及び針葉樹パルプからなる繊維を含む繊維ウェッブに、繊維を結合する水不溶性又は水膨潤性のバインダーが含有されていることを特徴とする水解性の繊維シート。
