【要約】 (修正有)【課題】 金属含有素材たとえば、金地金、金鉱石等の金含有素材から金を効率よく、かつ経済的に溶解し得る金属溶解剤を提供する。【解決手段】 金は塩酸又は塩素酸の単独溶液とはほとんど反応しないが、これに反し塩素酸を含む塩酸溶液は極めて強い酸化作用を示し、金が効率よく溶解されることを見出した。この無機酸(塩酸)と酸化剤(塩素酸)からなる金属溶解剤は、常温、常圧で金属含有素材特に全ての金含有素材から金をほぼ100%溶解/又は抽出することができる。
