Claim (excerpt)：

重合体水性分散液[I]に、粒径が28μm以上である重合体粒子を95%以上含み、かつ酸価が30〜300mg・KOH/gであるビニル系重合体粒子[II]を塩基性物質の存在下に溶解させてなり、そのビニル系重合体粒子[II]の溶解量が上記重合体水性分散液[I]の固形分100重量部に対し9000重量部以下であることを特徴とする水性被覆用組成物。
