固体撮像素子チップ上に、透明部材からなる平板部と該平板部の下面縁部に接着された枠部とで構成される気密封止部を設けた固体撮像装置において、前記気密封止部の枠部がエポキシ系樹脂シートで構成されていることを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
