【課題】 地震時水平力に対する杭の負担を安価に且つ短工期で軽減させることが可能な杭基礎およびその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 杭基礎は、軟弱層2と軟弱層2下の支持層3からなる地盤1上に構築される鉄筋コンクリート造のフーチング4と、杭先端部5aが支持層3まで達し、杭頭部5bがフーチング4に接合される既製コンクリート杭または鋼管杭などの高耐力杭からなる支持杭5と、支持杭5の外周部に地表面Gから深さ10m以浅まで平面視でフーチング4が内包されるように局部的に形成される地盤改良体6とからなる。【選択図】 図1
Claim (excerpt)：
地盤表面側に軟弱層があり、当該軟弱層の下に支持層がある地盤上に構築されるフーチングと、杭先端部が前記支持層まで達し、杭頭部が前記フーチングに接合される支持杭と、当該支持杭の外周部に地表面から深さ10m以浅まで形成される地盤改良体とを備えることを特徴とする杭基礎。
