透明絶縁基板上に、シート抵抗値が200Ω/□〜3kΩ/□で、大気中、500°Cに加熱した前後に測定したシート抵抗値の変化率が30%以下である結晶性の透明導電性酸化スズ膜を有し、可視光線透過率が85%以上であることを特徴とする透明導電膜付き基板。
