コバルト塩、マンガン塩および臭素化合物触媒の存在下、有機カルボン酸溶媒中で反応温度140〜180°Cにおいて、2,7-ジ低級アルキルナフタレンを分子状酸素により酸化することを特徴とする2,7-ナフタレンジカルボン酸の製法。
