Claim (excerpt)：

水中に固定され水上構造物を支持する基礎である垂直推力ブロック型の水中土台(6、13、16)を実現形成する方法であって、空気充填可能な浮き土台本体(構造)(6、13、16)を指定場所へ移送し波動域(8)直下に沈めて位置決めし、海底(1)面上に重力のみで位置決めされた平衡錐(2)によりまたケーブル(3)及び支柱を介しこの浮き土台本体を係留することを特徴とする方法。
