Claim (excerpt)：
塩化水素を含む水素化塩素化シランの混合物を、水蒸気吸着法によって得られる細孔分布曲線において最大ピークを示す細孔半径(R)が8×10-10〜4×10-9mの細孔径分布特性を有する活性炭と接触させて、該塩化水素と水素化塩素化シランとを反応せしめることを特徴とする、塩化水素の減少した混合物の製造法。
