【課題】消炎直径以下の微小空間で安定に予混合気の燃焼を行うことが可能であり、小型化が容易であり、装置形状が単純で製造コストの低廉なマイクロコンバスタを提供する。【解決手段】外径1mmφ、内径0.4mmφの多孔質のムライト管1の端部近くの内壁に、Pt粉が焼き付けられた約3mmのPt触媒ゾーン2が形成されている。ムライト管1にメタンと空気からなる予混合ガスを供給し、着火させることにより、消炎直径以下の燃焼が持続される。【選択図】図2

Claim (excerpt)：

燃料ガスと酸素含有ガスとからなる予混合ガスを細管内の燃焼室で燃焼させるマイクロコンバスタにおいて、 前記細管は多孔質の管からなり、該細管の内壁には前記予混合ガスの燃焼を促進する触媒が付着した触媒ゾーンが形成されていることを特徴とするマイクロコンバスタ。
