柔軟な支持体の片面に消炎鎮痛薬を含有する粘着剤層が設けられた経皮吸収型消炎鎮痛用テープ剤において、該粘着剤層が、(a)粘着剤、(b)非ステロイド系消炎鎮痛薬、(c)l-メントール及びハッカ油からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の溶解補助剤、及び(d)経皮吸収促進剤を必須成分として含有することを特徴とする経皮吸収型消炎鎮痛用テープ剤。
