Claim (excerpt)：

加熱室と、高周波を発振する高周波発振器と、高周波発振器から発振する高周波を前記加熱室に伝搬する導波管と、前記導波管内に回転軸を有し高周波を前記加熱室内に放射させる2つの回転アンテナとを備え、前記2つの回転アンテナの回転速度を互いに異ならせるように制御することを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
