一対に基板間に電気光学材料を有するパネルと、前記パネルを収容するケースとを有する電気光学装置であって、前記パネルの一方の面の外周部と前記ケースの内周部との間に紫外線硬化型接着剤を周方向に点在させて前記表示パネルと前記ケースとを密着したことを特徴とする電気光学装置。
