リチウムを可逆的に吸蔵放出可能な材料を含む正極及び負極、リチウム塩を含む非水電解質、セパレーターから成る非水電解質二次電池に於いて、該非水電解質が環状炭酸エステルと鎖状炭酸エステルと0.1体積%以上7体積%以下の環状エーテルを含み、含水率が0.5 ppm以上50ppm以下かつ遊離酸分がHFとして2ppm以上100ppm以下であることを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池。
