被検体を搭載した、移動速度可変のベッドを、指定した移動速度に従って移動しながら、X線源を回転してら旋スキャンを行うX線CT装置において、診断部位や診断目的で定まるベッド移動速度と各移動速度毎のベッド移動方向に沿う画像再構成ピッチとを関連づけてメモリに格納しておき、選択したベッド移動速度でのら旋スキャンで得たら旋データから、この移動速度に対応する上記メモリ上の画像再構成ピッチ間隔毎に、画像再構成画像を得るX線CT装置。
