粒状肥料の表面を生分解性を有するポリエステルの一種以上と、ポリオレフィン若しくはオレフィンと他の重合単位との共重合体とポリ塩化ビニリデン若しくは塩化ビニリデンと他の重合単位との共重合体の一種以上を有効成分とする樹脂で被覆し、更にその表面を該ポリエステルの一種以上を有効成分とする樹脂で被覆してなる生分解性被膜を有する被覆粒状肥料。
