Claim (excerpt)：

付着物の付着した水中面に放電用の電極の放電部を対向させた状態で、電源装置から電極に電圧を印加することによって、電極の放電部で生じた衝撃波により水中面の付着物を除去したことを特徴とする水中面付着物除去方法。
