【要約】【課題】 たとえワックス及び/又は油脂類として常温で液体の油状物質を配合した場合であっても芯の成型性と曲げ強度が良好な非焼成色鉛筆芯を提供する。また、タルクを含有するものと比較して、物性の低下がなく、アスベストが含まれていないことの確認作業がなく、さらに安全性に優れた非焼成色鉛筆芯を提供する。【解決手段】 着色材、結合材、体質材、ワックス及び/又は油脂類、親水性界面活性剤及び撥水性物質を含み、上記親水性界面活性剤として油脂類のポリオキシエチレン付加物、上記撥水性物質として界面活性剤を含まないO/Wエマルションのパラフィンワックスエマルションを含有する。また、安全性に優れた非焼成色鉛筆芯として、体質材として板状アルミナ及び/又は板状アルミナ水和物を含有する非焼成色鉛筆芯を用いる。
