【要約】【構成】本発明による点眼液は、有機アミンを配合したプラノプロフェン点眼液である。好ましい点眼剤は、0.1〜5.0%の有機アミンを配合した0.01〜0.5%プラノプロフェン点眼液である。有機アミンの濃度はより好ましくは0.5〜2.5%である。有機アミンの好ましい例はトロメタミンまたは4-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-1-(2-スルホエチル)ピペラジンである。防腐剤として0.002〜0.01%の塩化ベンザルコニウムを配合したすることもある。【効果】本発明によれば、配合変化を起さず、安定性に優れ、かつ、眼に対しての刺激性の少ない点眼液であり、プラノプロフェンを主薬とする点眼液を提供することができる。
