【課題】ワルファリン等の抗血液凝固作用を有する医薬品と拮抗せず、且つ薬効の低減を抑制することが可能な納豆菌の選抜方法と、この納豆菌で製造された納豆を提供する。【解決手段】納豆菌が生息し得る抗生物質を添加した培地に納豆菌を接種し、該培地に接種された該納豆菌から培養可能な納豆菌を選抜することによってビタミンK低生産性納豆菌が選抜できる。
