【課題】 セメント・コンクリート用混和材及び低収縮高強度コンクリート並びに高強度セメント組成物において、高価なシリカフュームを用いずに、流動性を確保すると共に初期強度の発現性を高めること。【解決手段】 平均粒径が2μm以下であると共に、円形度が0.90以上の球状である石灰石微粉末からなる。これにより、高強度コンクリートに用いることで、粒子形状が球状に近い状態の石灰石微粉末によって従来のシリカフュームを使用した超高強度コンクリートに劣らない流動性を有し、しかも圧縮強度が材齢7日の初期強度において、従来の超高強度コンクリートを超えた高い発現性を得ることも可能である。【選択図】 図1
