調理する食品を収納する調理室と、 水蒸気を発生させる水蒸気発生手段と、 該水蒸気発生手段で発生した水蒸気を加熱する過熱水蒸気生成手段と、 該過熱水蒸気生成手段で加熱した過熱水蒸気を前記調理室へ噴出する複数の噴出口と を備える過熱水蒸気調理器において、 前記調理室の食品を収納する位置の側面方向中心線に対して略対称となる位置に複数組の前記噴出口を配置することを特徴とする過熱水蒸気調理器。
