その軸線方向に所定間隔を隔てて湯流入口と水流入口が形成された湯水混合水栓本体に、温度調整部材としてのサーモカートリッジが前記軸線方向に摺動自在に内蔵され、サーモカートリッジの外周面に湯水混合水栓本体の内周摺動面と摺接する環状のシール部材が嵌装されている湯水混合水栓において、前記環状のシール部材を小さな摺動抵抗を有するよう構成してあることを特徴とする湯水混合水栓。
