A:ビスフェノール型エポキシ樹脂30〜70重量%、B:1分子中3個以上のエポキシ基を有する多官能性エポキシ樹脂10〜40重量%、C:アミン系硬化剤1〜20重量%を配合してなる金属箔張積層板用接着剤。
