Claim (excerpt)：
既設流体管の外周面に、分割構造の筒状の筺体を、その両端部内周面に設けたシール部材を流体管の外周面に圧接することにより、水密的かつ流体管周りに回転可能として装着したのち、この筺体を回転させつつ、その一部の開口部より挿入した切削工具を流体管の中心に向かって送り込むことにより、流体管を切断し、その後切削工具を取外して筺体の開口部を閉鎖することを特徴とする既設流体管の不断水切断方法。
