熱伝導性フイラーを含有してなるゴム成形体からなるものであって、窒化ホウ素含有率(体積%)をX軸、厚み1mmあたりの熱抵抗(°C/W)をY軸とするX-Y座標において、XとYとの関係が、A(20,1.5)、B(20,0.1)及びC(45,0.1)の各点で結ばれた範囲内にあることを特徴とする高分子材料成形体。
