天然ガスの構成ガス分子(m<SB>1 </SB>〜m<SB>3 </SB>)を吸蔵すべく、複数の第1および第2細孔(2,3)を有し、前記構成ガス分子(m<SB>1 </SB>〜m<SB>3 </SB>)の直径をdとしたとき、前記第1細孔(2)の直径d<SB>1 </SB>は2d<d<SB>1 </SB>≦2.5dであり、前記第2細孔(3)の直径d<SB>2 </SB>は5d<d<SB>2 </SB>≦6dであることを特徴とする天然ガス吸蔵用粒状活性炭。
